What water temperature is the 5mm rated for?
The OUZO 5mm is best suited for roughly 10°C to 20°C depending on your cold tolerance, dive duration, hood/glove setup, and activity level. For sustained winter diving below 10°C, choose the 9mm version.
How does it fit? Should I size up?
True to fit with a close one-piece wetsuit feel. If you're between sizes, prefer easier donning, or plan to layer a thin vest underneath, size up one.
Is this suitable for freediving and spearfishing?
Yes. A 5mm one-piece works well for recreational diving, training, snorkeling, and cooler-water travel. For very cold, long, or low-activity dives, move up to the 7mm or 9mm range.
How do I care for the suit?
Rinse with fresh water after every dive, dry in the shade, store flat or on a wide hanger. Avoid folding for long periods. Avoid contact with chlorine, sunscreen, and petroleum-based products on the neoprene.
What's covered under warranty?
Manufacturing defects in seams, zipper, and neoprene for 12 months from delivery. Normal wear-and-tear, abrasion damage from use, and UV degradation are not covered.
