Our Story

Water-sports gear, made close to the factory floor.

OUZO grew from long-term wetsuit and water-sports manufacturing experience. Our work covers neoprene wetsuits, surf suits, rash guards, triathlon gear, waders, and accessories for customers who need practical protection in and around the water.

Instead of building the brand around slogans, we focus on the pieces that decide whether a product works: material choice, pattern shape, seam construction, fit, and final inspection.

Our factory background also supports OEM and ODM projects for business partners who need product development, sampling, private labeling, or stable production.

Water-sports apparel has to stretch, seal, dry, and survive repeated use. We check the details that customers notice after the first session: seam comfort, zipper feel, panel alignment, stretch recovery, sizing, and finish.

Incoming material check

Neoprene, stretch fabrics, zippers, trims, and color matching are checked before production starts.

Cutting and panel inspection

Cut panels are reviewed for shape, size consistency, surface marks, and alignment before stitching.

In-line stitching review

Seam construction, bonding, taping, and stitch appearance are checked during production.

Final appearance and packing check

Finished pieces are reviewed for sizing, appearance, labels, accessories, and packing condition.
