Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS
We want you to love our products and understand it's sometimes a process to achieve the best fit or find what you're after.
DOMESTIC & REGIONAL RETURNS
We will be pleased to process any return, exchange any product, or refund the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- The product must not have been worn in the water, be clean, and we must receive it in an un-creased new condition
- You are responsible for the cost of posting the product back to our warehouse for exchange or refund
Before returning an item, please email our customer service team at support@ouzodive.com and we will reply with instructions on how to get your item back to us for exchange, repair, or refund.
When you contact us, please provide the following so we can assist you as quickly as possible:
- Your name, order number, and postal address
- The date your order was placed
- The reason you are seeking to return your purchase
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding shipping) will be refunded to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the product.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We will be pleased to process a refund of the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- The product must not have been worn in the water, be clean, and we must receive it in an un-creased new condition
- You are responsible for the cost of posting the product back to our warehouse for a refund
We do not accept international exchanges. If you require a different size, style, or product, we kindly ask that you return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order through the website.

The purchase price (excluding shipping) will be refunded to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the product.
We reserve the right, without limitation, to refuse to accept any return that does not comply with the return conditions outlined above.
