Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, Hong Kong time).
- A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost or product price.
- EU and UK orders may have VAT pre-collected at checkout where applicable.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for current rates before placing your order.
- OUZO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
- If a package is refused or abandoned at customs, we cannot issue a refund.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website or mobile app. If you have not received your tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@ouzodive.com.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately at support@ouzodive.com.
